How to create your account, what the Free tier includes with no card required, confirming your country of residence, and what Starter, Pro, and Hedge each add on top.
Sign up with email and password, or continue with Google. If you use email and password, you'll set your name, country of residence, email, and password up front, then confirm your address from the link we email you before you can log in.
If you sign up with Google, there's no form to fill in — but the first time you try to connect a trading account, TradinSolutions will ask you to confirm your country of residence before letting you continue.
Use the email you actually check. Password resets, license notices, and support replies all go there.
This isn't a formality. CFTC/NFA rules mean CFD-connected platforms — MT4, MT5, cTrader — aren't available to United States residents. TradinSolutions checks your declared country before you can connect any of those accounts, and once it's on file you can't change it yourself; contact support if it needs correcting. Futures via Tradovate sit outside this restriction.
Signing up puts you on Free automatically — no card required, no trial to track. It gets you:
Free doesn't include the trade/signal copier, broker auto-import into the journal, or the paid risk-management EAs. It's enough to try the tools and start journaling before you commit to anything.
Starter, Pro, and Hedge sit on top of everything in Free and add the pieces built for running real, automated trading: broker auto-import for your journal, the trade and signal copier, and the paid risk-management EAs — PnL Manager Pro, MultiTP Ladder, Propfirm Rules Manager, DisciplineGuard Pro.
Every paid plan copies on the same platforms. What changes is how much you can connect on each one, and how much of the toolkit comes with it:
Don't invent numbers here — activation counts, prices, and exact quotas change. Check the Pricing page for current figures before you pick a tier.
Once you're in, the Get Started section in the app walks you through connecting your first account. From there: connect a broker account under Accounts, set up your first copier instance in Cockpit, and start logging trades in Journal — free or paid, all three are available from day one.
